Move stock (scanner)

Use the scanner to move stock from one location to another in the warehouse or FSL.

You must log in to a scanner device for this task

How to move stock

1. Select Move Stock from the home screen
   

   

   
   
   
2. Select Take from Location
   

   

   
   
   
3. Scan the location label
   

   

   
   
   

4. Scan all the items you want to move

   

   Notice that all items you move from a location appear as 'In Transit' until they're at a new location. This means it's in possession of another user. So until the stock is assigned to its new location, we know who is responsible for it. It also can't be ordered until it's assigned ot its new location.

5. Select Submit
   

   

   
   
   
6. Select Submit
   

   

   
   
   
7. Select Assign Items to New Location
   

   

   
   
   
8. Scan the location where you want to move the items to
   

   

   
   
   
9. Scan the items you want to move to the new location
10. Select Submit
    

    

    
    
    
11. Check the list to make sure you have moved all the items, select Submit
    

    

    
    
    
12. Select OK and you'll return to the home screen
