This is for deliveries that you were not expecting, deliveries you don’t have a pre-advice for.

You must log in from a desktop device for this task

How to receive a new delivery

  1. Select Receive New Delivery from the home screen


  2. Select the drop-down and select the customer from the list
  3. Add the following details:
      1. Courier reference (i.e. stock, name)
      2. order reference
      3. check the received date and time
  4. Select Submit

  5. Enter the SKU details in Product Search and Select Search



  6. Select the item from the list

    Search Products and add as many SKUs as you need




    Check that the item from the list is correct before making your selection

  7. Scan the serial number for tracked items OR enter the quantity for non-tracked items (as shown)
  8. Select Submit


  9. Select Save Changes
