To access Job-Based Flex to collect a delivery using a code in Thinventory Mobile you can use 2 options from the home screen:

  1. View Latest Deliveries or
  2. Pick Up My Delivery if you also have a Flex Delivery to collect.


Before you start

  • You must have a collection code and company code from your company.
  • You must have location services enabled on your mobile for locker access.
  • You must have Bluetooth switched on.
  1. Tap View Latest Deliveries or Pick Up My Delivery if you also have a Flex collection.

    If you have a Flex collection, follow the Working with Flex process, before moving on to the next steps.

  2. Follow the prompt on screen, either Use collection code or YES

    This will vary on whether you selected View Latest Deliveries or Pick Up My Delivery


  3. You'll see the company code populated, enter the Collection code.
  4. Tap Continue

  5. The screen displays your Delivery location, door number and additional information about the locker.
  6. Tap View on map to help you with directions.
  7. When you're at your delivery location, tap I've arrived - open locker

    • Make sure you are standing close to the doors. (If you're outside of Bluetooth range, your locker will not be found.)
    • Look for the code at the top corner of the locker bank to check you're standing at the correct one.


  8. The door opens.

  9. Remove all your items and close the door.
    IMPORTANT:
    All items must be removed BEFORE you close the door.
  10. Tap Done

If you see the screen below it means that either: the data you have entered is valid but a proof a delivery can’t be found, or data connectivity has been lost​. You still have the option to attempt to collect your delivery.
Tap I've arrived - open locker and follow the process from step 7 above.
