The Issues pages shows all Inventory issues in one place in Konnect HQ so you can make the needed adjustments.

View Issues

To view all issues from the Issues page in Konnect HQ:

  1. Select Core > Issues
  2. View all Issues.
  3. Filter the issues by the fields (optional):

SKU not assigned to door.

SKU below minimum stock level.

LocationEnter the location.
DoorEnter the door.

Fix Issues

SKU below minimum stock level

  1. From the Issues page, in the Description field for the issue you will see: SKU below minimum stock level, what the minimum stock level is and the current stock level of the SKU.
  2. To fix this issue a job order must be raised to replenish the inventory stock. View Inventory Orders to find out more.


SKU not assigned to a door

  1.  From the issues page, next to the issue select Assign SKU to Door button.
  2. Check the SKU is ticked.
  3. Select Set Assigned SKUs

The issue is fixed and no longer on the Issues page.

Export Issues

To export issues from the Issues page in Konnect HQ:

  1. Select Core > Issues
  2. Use the filters (optional)
  3. Select Export

  4. A .csv file downloads with the following details:

    Field

    Details

    TypeIssue type e.g. SKU below minimum stock level
    Tracking Number

    Displays the tracking number(s) of all the relevant items in stock.

    Note: Only records that include tracking numbers appear.

    Minimum StockMinimum stock level for the SKU.
    QuantityStock quantity.
    Door Name

    Displays the name of the door.

    SKU Name

    Displays the SKU name

    SKU Identifier

    If applicable, displays the unique identifier for the SKU.

    Door Profile

    Displays the profile of the door e.g. Inventory

    Location Name

    Displays the name of the Location.
