| Pre-advice | Think of this as a heads-up that new stock is about to drop into your warehouse or FSL. |
| Outstanding Preadvices | This is where you'll see all the stock that's making its way to you but isn't quite there yet. |
| Outstanding Deliveries | These are items that have arrived but haven't been put away yet. |
| Receive New Delivery | Use this when stock shows up unannounced, and you need to get it sorted. |
| Inventory Management | This is your go-to spot for everything stock-related. Keeping tabs on what's in, what's out, and what's somewhere in between. |
| Move Stock | When you need to shuffle stock around, you use this feature. |
| Stock List | A feature presenting the current status and details of all stock within the warehouse or FSL. |
| Material In Review (M.I.R.) | This is where items are removed from general inventory until they have been examined or resolved. |
| Flag Items for Review | Spot something that's not quite right? Flag it up here, and we'll make sure it gets the attention it needs. |
| Stock Check | It's how you make sure what stock you think you have is what you actually have. |
| Search | This is how you hunt down anything in your inventory. |
| Goods-In | The receiving of new stock into the warehouse or FSL. |
| Put Away a Delivery | The act of storing received goods in their appropriate locations within the warehouse or FSL. |
| Record Completed Deliveries | All done with a delivery? Tick it off here to keep everything neat and tidy. |
| Identity Labels | The labels for your stock, so you can tell what's what at a glance. |
| Device Authorisation | A security feature that permits users to access and use the system from any approved device. |
| 2D Label | An updated labelling system in WMS2 that holds extensive information for improved item identification. |
| SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) | Every product's unique code. |
| Serial Number | The one identifier allocated to individual items for tracking and auditing purposes. |
| Courier Reference | An identifier provided by the delivery service, so you always know where your stock's at. |
| Stock Statuses | Descriptions representing the various conditions of stock, such as 'In Stock', 'In Transit', 'Picked', etc., signifying the current phase of items in the warehouse management cycle. |
