Verify a collection

You can verify any collection from a locker door.

You may not have access to this feature. To find out how to enable it, contact your company administrator


To verify collections:

  1. Select Verify Collections

  2. Select Scan Items
  3. Scan the items

    • You can select Flash On to help with the scan
    • Hold your phone back about 6 inches from the barcode
    • If the barcode won't scan, select Will Not Scan to enter the number

  4. Tap the tracking number if you wish to remove it from the list, or Scan Items to verify more items
  5. Select Yes to confirm all the items are collected from the locker
  6. Process complete confirmation screen appears - the items are now verified, select OK to finish


Verify a return

You can verify items that need to be returned. This action can happen before you arrive at the locker or while you're at the door.

You may not have access to this feature. To find out how to enable it, contact your company administrator

To verify a return before you arrive at the locker:

  1. Select Verify Returns
  2. Select Scan Items
  3. Scan the items

    • You can select Flash On to help with the scan
    • Hold your phone back about 6 inches from the barcode
    • If the barcode won't scan, select Will Not Scan to enter the number

  4. Select the item to update the state of each item and record the serial number and customer reference
  5. Select OK when you're done


  6. Select Place in Locker Later


  7. The items are now ready to be returned once you're at the appropriate door. You can see a list of all your verified but undelivered items from the home screen

To verify the return at the locker door:

  1. Select Verify Returns



  2. Select Scan Items


  3. Scan the ByBox label on each item

    • You can select Flash On to help with the scan
    • Hold your phone back about 6 inches from the barcode
    • If the barcode won't scan, select Will Not Scan to enter the number



  4. Select the item to update the state of each item and record the serial number and customer reference


  5. Select OK when you're done


  6. Select Place in Locker Now
  7. Place the item(s) in the locker


  8. Select Yes to confirm that the item(s) have been returned to the locker


  9. Process complete confirmation screen appears - the items are now verified, select OK to finish
