You can apply return labels directly to the package you want to return. You should have either yellow labels or Blackstripe labels. Check with your company to confirm which return labels you should use and in which circumstances.

Using Yellow Returns labels

  1. Place the parts that you want to return in a suitable box or container and secure the container.
  2. Attach one of the pre-printed, bar-coded labels that you have been issued.
  3. Place the sealed container (with the return label showing) in your exchange.
  4. If you are re-using the box or container that has been shipped to you previously to send back your returns, it is important to make sure that you stick the return label on top of the delivery label to ensure that only ONE bar code is showing. This will prevent delays with your return items.

If you need to order more return labels, see Order Return Labels.

Using Blackstripe Return labels

All BlackstripeĀ® returns are exactly the same for all engineers. You can convert your original delivery label into a return label before leaving the return in the locker.

  1. Stick a ByBox return BlackstripeĀ® across the top of the original delivery label.
  2. Place the package into the return locker.

If you need to order more BlackstripeĀ® return labels, see Order Return Labels.
