I can't login.

Try the following:

  1. Make sure you have an active account.

  2. Reset your password.

  3. If you still can't resolve the issue, call contact ByBox Customer Support.

I can't see or open my App Locker door on Thinventory Mobile.

Try the following:

  1. Make sure your Bluetooth is turned on.

  2. Make sure your location services are turned on.
  3. Make sure you have a strong data signal (for example, 3G/4G).

  4. Make sure you're standing in front of the App Locker door.

  5. Make sure you have access to the door.

  6. If you still can't resolve the issue, contact ByBox Customer Support.

Why is my default locker an App Locker?

Your default location is an App Locker because your field company has updated your Lock Box to an App Locker. For more information, contact your administrator.

I can close the door but it won't lock

If a door is open for more than 15 minutes it will not lock when the door is pushed shut. You need to re-open the lock using Thinventory Mobile to reset the door. Once the door is reset, it will lock when closed.

To reset the door in Thinventory Mobile:

  1. Go to the Open Locker with my Phone.
  2. Select the door from the list.
    Note: Choose this even if the door is physically open. The app is helping to reset the lock.
  3. Close the door normally.
