How do I upgrade the mobile app to the latest version?

iOS

If you have an iOS device, and you have selected the option to auto-update apps via the settings on the App Store, the app updates automatically when a new version is released.

If you have selected to not auto-update apps via the settings on the App Store, you need to download the latest version.
To download the latest version:

1. Access the App Store.
2. Search for and select the "Konnect" App.
3. Click the Update option.

Android

If you have an Android device and you have selected the option to auto-update apps via the settings on the Google Play Store, the app updates automatically when a new version is released.

If you have selected to not auto-update apps via the settings on the Google Play Store, you need to download the latest version.
To download the latest version:

1. Access the Google Play Store.
2. Search for and select the "Konnect" App.
3. Click the Update option.
