This process is for Carriers using Konnect. If you are not a Carrier, see Using Collections.

You can deliver an item directly to a locker. You must be assigned a locker, either permanently or temporarily, to deliver anything into it. 

To deliver a package to a Konnect door:

  1. Approach the locker you want to open.
  2. Tap your location from the list or tap the pin to view the map.
  3. Tap the locker you want to open.

    The app screen shows that the door is open.


  4. Tap SCAN BARCODE or manually enter it.
  5. Put the package into the locker.
  6. You can scan as many packages as you like here. Once you've scanned in all the packages and placed them in the locker, select FINISH..
    The screen shows you a confirmation that the package has been tracked into the door.
  7. Close the door.
    IMPORTANT: Make sure you have physically closed the locker before closing out the Konnect App. The app displays an alert screen if the door has not been closed or it could not register the door closing.


  8. From this screen, you can RE-OPEN the door or choose ANOTHER DOOR to deliver another package.
  9. To exit this screen, select the three-line menu in the top right corner and choose the page you want to go to.
