This process is for Carriers following the task returns process using the Konnect App.

Before you start

  • Locker access is only available using the Konnect App
  • You must have permissions to use this function. Check with your Administrator for more details.
  • You must have Bluetooth and location services enabled on your mobile.

To collect return items from a Konnect locker:

1. Approach the locker you want to open.
2. The app default selects your nearest location.



3. Tap the map pin to change your location if incorrect.


4. Tap Collect Returns.


5. Tap the locker that contains the package(s) for collection.

If the door doesn’t open, the app displays an alert screen. If you can’t access the locker, follow your exception process.



6. Remove the package(s) from the locker.

If the locker is empty or if you're unable to collect the package(s), tap NO PACKAGES COLLECTED and tap YES to cancel the collection.


7. Scan your package(s) or manually enter each barcode.


8. Tap Finished Scanning when you've completed scanning your package(s) then close the door.





9. Tap Done.


10. The screen shows you a confirmation that the packages have been collected.

If you need to access the door once it's closed, contact your Administrator.
