Activate your account
You need to activate your account before you can use the Konnect App. The Konnect App uses data to exchange information. Make sure you are connected to a mobile or WiFi network.
The Konnect App works with the delivery doors using Bluetooth. Make sure you have your Bluetooth and internet access on before you start working with the Konnect App.
To log in to the app the first time:
- Select New User.
- Enter the activation code that was sent to you by email.
- Enter your Username also sent by email.
- Create a password for your account
Note: Your password must have at least 8 characters.
- Click LOGIN.
You are now logged into the app. Next time you come back, you only need to login using your username and password.
Note: If you need to request a new password, you will need to go through this process again.
Login and Logout
The login screen appears when you launch the Konnect App. Your username is usually made up of two words, such as mr. engineer but it not an email address. If you're having trouble, makes sure you double check you've added your email address in properly.
To log in:
- Enter your username and password.
- Tap LOG IN.
To log out of the App:
- Go the menu bar at the top right corner.
- Tap the Logout option at the bottom of the list.
Note: You are logged out of the app after 20 hours of non-active use.
