Konnect One is a mobile app that allows you to open ByBox locker doors using a one-time access code, without requiring a login.

Before you begin

Make sure:

  • you are connected to the internet.

  • your Bluetooth is turned on on your mobile phone.

  • you are near the locker door you want to open.

Deliver a package

To deliver a package using Konnect One:

  1. Enter the QR barcode you have for the package.

  2. Select Open.

    The locker door opens. You can deliver the package and close the door.

Collect a package

To collect a package using Konnect One:

  1. Enter the order reference number.

  2. Select Open.

    The locker door opens. You can collect your package and close the door.
