The Orders section displays order information for all orders.

There are different types of orders in Konnect:

  • Job orders: These are job-specific orders that are created for individuals to collect for jobs. They are created in Konnect HQ and are assigned to an engineer in Konnect HQ or self-assigned by the engineer in the Konnect App. For more information on the Konnect App see ByBox Konnect App.
  • Inventory orders: These are orders created for particular items that reside in your locker inventory. They also can be created in Konnect HQ or created by an engineer in the Konnect App as a self order. For more information see Inventory.

You can use Konnect HQ to create and manage Orders to assign to individuals.

You can also search for specific information and export data from this page.

To export information:
1. Set the filters you’d like to view.

2. Select Export Orders.

An exported document downloads. This document is a .cvs file and can be opened with compatible software, including Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet products.
