The Activity page shows you all the activities. Such as deliveries, collections, returns, retrieval of returns, inventory orders and job orders replenishment by any user for a door. You can filter the details on this page and view and export relevant information. This information is also on the Dashboard.
You can view all your Activities from Konnect HQ. For details on the field descriptions, see Konnect HQ Dashboard.
To view your Activities:
Select Core > Activity.
Enter relevant information details into the Filter fields. Note: The default is today's date.
Scroll down the page to see details, including Type, Location, Door/Profile, Package Info, References, Time, User/Driver and Company.
Export Activity
You can export Activity information from Konnect HQ.
To export Activity information:
Select Core > Activity.
Enter the relevant information details into the Filter fields. Note: The default is today's date.
View the details that appear after you enter your filter details.
Select Export Activity. An exported document downloads. This document is a .cvs file type and can be opened with compatible software, including Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet products.
